This group will meet seasonally to enjoy collective discussion and broaden our understanding of the natural world.

Our last book of the year will be Positively Uncivilized by Rena Priest. Priest is a member of the Lhaq’temish (Lummi) Nation who uses written language to chronicle human impacts on Earth. Focusing on the decline of the salmon population to the Pacific Northwest, this book highlights the need for community to come together to find solutions and work for conservation action.
