ESC and Sugarcane Yoga present our Outdoor Yoga summer series. This is an all levels, slow flow class suitable for beginners. Meagan Lass will guide you through class while you take in the beautiful surroundings of the Cedar River. Enjoy mindful movement linked to breath with the waterway and trees as your view.

Class is 60 minutes and for ages 13+. Please come a few minutes early to sign your yoga waiver. Bring a mat or beach towel and anything else to be comfortable outside. Free with required registration.
