About the event
Join the Environmental Science Center at the Renton Library for an interactive program about our local migrating salmon. This program will include a history of salmon in the Cedar River, current impacts to population health, salmon viewing near the river, and how to incorporate stewardship actions in your daily life.
We'll start our time inside and then venture outside to walk the trail of the Cedar River around downtown to view the spawning salmon. Best for ages 16+. Registration required.
This event is FREE thanks to our generous sponsors: King County Wastewater Treatment Division, King Conservation District, 4Culture, and Renton Public Works.
